Can International customers purchase products?

Yes. While we predominately service Australia & New Zealand, we ship worldwide with a flat rate Express Service.

 

What sizes are available?

We recommend you check the sizing charts before purchasing to ensure you select the right size for you.

 

 

What if I want an item that is out of stock?

Just let us know and we’ll notify you when the item will be available.

Can I place items on hold or lay by?

Unfortunately we don’t offer this service.

 

 

How do I become a sponsored athlete?

GYMLYFE looks to partner with athletes who truly live and encapsulate the GYMLYFE mantra. Our athletes have the opportunity to experience and promote the best gym, fitness and lifestyle apparel brands available worldwide. What charges are involved for shipping?

GYMLYFE ship Australia-wide, and to keep things simple, all deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD.

 

Do you have a returns policy?

As a GYMLYFE customer, you are entitled to receive a refund where items purchased are faulty, not at merchantable quality or unfit for its purpose. Stocking the best international brands available, GYMLYFE ensures all clothing is sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately by emailing matt@gymlyfe.com.au.

 

Please note that return items must be returned within reasonable time after purchase and GYMLYFE may require you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item.
